Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to postpone an Erasmus stay until the next year 2021/22. However, students can again apply for an Erasmus position in the main application round for the 2021/22 academic year. It is important to respect the deadline for submitting applications and to check in a timely manner whether an earlier deadline set by the student department can only be submitted as an application to an Erasmus spot within the deadline for submitting applications via Mobility Online. How can I reduce the length of my mobility? There is no need to formally request a reduction in duration. The length of your stay is calculated on the basis of the period. Please note that the minimum duration of mobility is 3 months (90 days). If you wish to reduce the duration of your mobility before your departure, please contact erasmus@unibo.it before signing the mobility contract. What is the deadline for the presentation of the Erasmus Treaty and the approved lanterns? The mobility agreement must be downloaded to the AlmaRM tool after the approval of the apprenticeship agreement by management and before departure for the host university. The OLS was designed to help Erasmus students improve their knowledge of the language in which they will study before and during their stay abroad, in order to ensure a better quality of learning mobility. For student mobility, the apprenticeship agreement includes studies abroad and programs that are replaced in your home country after completing their studies abroad. For internships and research, the apprenticeship agreement refers to training or research activities. For more information on this subject, visit the website of the national agency OeAD/Erasmus: bildung.erasmusplus.at/de/aktuelles/artikel/2019/09/informationen-zum-brexit-update/ How to find accommodation? First of all, we recommend contacting the erasmus office of the host university for information on housing services and university residences. These changes to mobility studies should be agreed upon by all parties within four to seven weeks (after the start of the semester).
Each party may request changes within the first two to five weeks following the start of teaching or components of normal teaching for a given semester. The exact time frame must be set by the institutions. The shorter the expected mobility period, the shorter the window of change should be. All of these changes must be agreed upon by all three parties within two weeks of the application. In the event of a change due to the lengthening of the mobility period, changes must be made as soon as possible. During the summer semester 2022, learning mobility will be implemented on the basis of special agreements and will be supported by the University of Vienna for up to 4 months. However, there can be no guarantee that all named students will receive assistance! Details of the application process will follow. The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange.
Can I table the mobility agreement if the apprenticeship agreement has not yet been approved? No, you must file the mobility contract after approval of the apprenticeship agreement by the study board. The apprenticeship agreement must include all the pedagogical components of the student at the host university (Table A) and it must also include the group of teaching components which, after completing their studies abroad, will be replaced by the sending institution (Table B). Before mobility, it is necessary to complete in depth tables A and B. Additional lines can be added to tables A and B if necessary.
